Thanksgiving holiday is quickly approaching  Its hard to believe.  It seems as if I was just writing about summer wines.  This is my favorite time of the year.  I love the fellowship, the food and the joy the season brings.  I am extremely grateful to share this time with family and friends and to reflect on the many blessings bestowed upon me. Just as much joy the season can bring, it can also cause unwanted stress.   Sometimes preparing to host the Thanksgiving meal or entertaining can be stressful and cause extreme anxiety.  I want you to love this season as much as I do and reduce those feelings of anxiety.
